From the simple Tarkari Saagu and Kori Gassi from Karnatakato the Kozhi Malli Peralan of Kerala, and to the ever-favourite Cameron Cilantro and the fascinating Bebinca from Goa, each dish on their list has its own unique identity. To create a real atmosphere of the regions from where the recipes have been derived, they have recreated the interiors - starting with the Magnificent 150 year old teakwood doorway, to the 90 year old teakwood pillars placed on stone chiseled bases and beautifully created decades old Tanjore Paintings adorning the walls with traditional sculptures placed at vantage points and furniture procured from the Chettinad region.
